1st round: right leg back and forth. 2nd round: left leg back and forth
Please note that you are doing a low lunge, with the back knee on the ground

When you do it, imagine that you are standing in front of the most beautiful sunset you have ever seen and with your movements you are showing your awe, your gratefulness, your reverence, your true and powerful love for this warm planet that gives us life, and without which nothing would be possible.
