Before we start with the program, I would like to take you through some logistics to orientate you a little. Then we will begin to dive into YOU…

The GETTING STARTED MODULE is all about orientation

MODULE 1 is about finding out about you

From Module 2 onwards we’ll dive into the teachings

Welcome document and QuickStart Guide

WELCOME DOCUMENT

This video takes you through the Welcome Document which was already e-mailed to you. I put a downloadable link of the same video below the video, so that you have everything in one place.

Since I made these videos, a few things have changed in the program, so please do not get confused. The details that have changed are the length of the program, the amount of calls and that the access to the program after the programs end. Also calls are now booked with Xian directly, in 2 call bundles. So, please just fill in the blancs with the details from your the welcome package that you have been sent and that you can still access below the video.

QUICKSTART GUIDE

This video takes you through the QuickStart guide, which you can find as a a downloadable link below the video.

Please complete all the action items in this Guide, and then continue with this module.

Just a tiny bit of tech stuff Watching the videos

All videos have a little wheel symbol bottom righto to change the resolution – (quality of the image). If you are on a computer, you might want to increase the resolution to it’s highest for the image to be clear.

If your internet connection is poor, lower the resolution and watch the video smaller, as that will help you with streaming better.

How to Speed up or slow down Videos: Browser Add-on

If you need to look through a video quickly to find a particular spot, or slow down a part, you can use this little add-on for the Chrome browser.

It gives you a little control bar into your browser window which allows you to speed up or slow down videos. Very handy for all sorts of things.

I do not recommend to watch our videos on fast for the first time. You want to allow the time to really have everything sink in.

* Simply Google ‘video speed controller’ to find the Chrome or Firefox Add-on.

Filming yourself

With your phone it’s straight forward.

If you’d like to use your COMPUTER to film yourself for your homework or questions, you can do so with your computer camera and the LOOM app. You can then screenshare the video during our calls or send it to me together with your assignments.

If you are not so tech savvy, please don’t worry, it’s easier done than it sounds.

You can of course use any other recording app you like.

XIAN
