In this video, just like with Trikonasana, the palms face back and you continue the rotation as the arm is raised above your head.
With all postures check: Do yo have a full journey in and out? Do you feel any pain or discomfort? Can you feel any crunching anywhere? Exactly where do you feel the stretch? Is it a stretch or is it tension? Can you take a full breath of air?
