2) Additionaly, from now on draw the stick figures for the before (how it’s usually taught) and after (how you would do it now with my teachings). For the ‘before’, make little notes next to the corresponding body parts about what not to do and why.
3) Please review past postures and draw the before stick figures for each one – if possible from memory first. If necessary, review past videos.
I hope you did not forget the jump rope and the swinging in the car tire pose…. ;o)
