PRANAYAMA
Nadi Shodhana and a breathing experiment for every day use
Use this pranayama everyday if you wish, maybe start with 5 minutes every day and if you like the effect of it, increase the time.
You can do it as a practice or whenever you have the time.
You can sit while the food cooks, or in the bath tub, waiting for a meeting. If you cannot use your fingers (might be odd in certain life situations :o) just use the counting without the fingers.
If you bring it into your everyday life, you'll actually do it.
You can set the hourly alarm to: remember to breathe 5:5:5:5
or write it on your hand and remember to do it whenever you see it.
Don't see it as a practice, but just your new way of breathing! All day long...
Try it for a week.
