ABOUT THIS LESSON
1. Write down all questions and comments that came up during any of the videos in this module to discuss during our call.
2. I will go through the postures with you and ask for all your sensations, if you felt what I wanted to you to feel, if you had discomfort, etc, so be prepared please. Write all points of no 1. down so that they are handy and you don’t forget the details. The more you remember, the more we can talk about, the more you will get out of the call.
3. Write down feedback on what you experienced during the breathing pushing over exercise.
4. Write the word “posture” on your hand and make a commitment to check in with, and correct your standing sitting posture every time you see it
