  1. Note and submitt: any comments, experiences, realiziations, opinions, ideas, inspirations etc that came to you during the lecture in lesson 1. Please note if and how this lecture will/might affect your practice and life
  2. Play with the Kriyas
  3. Practice the postures throughout the day and draw their stickfigures
  4. As per the exhalted warrior lesson, write ‘rapturously excited’ onto your hand for this week and see how you can ‘make yourself’ feel that way, everytime you see it. Report back to me in our call what you experienced during this fun experiment…
  5. Play with Yoga Nidra
