Lesson #1:

Overview of Module 1 MINDSET

Before we get started with this fabulous program, I need to get to know you a little bit and you need to get to know yourself a little bit more.


To change your yoga practice and life, you have to change yourself. Your way of being, who you are and how you behave, is like a mirror that is constantly reflecting your mindset back to you. You are what you think. You really are!


Whatever you love, whatever you hate, whatever you’re terrified of, whatever you believe about yourself and all outside of you, will all show up in your life and your interaction with yourself and others.

So, this module is to dive deep into your being, inside and out and to flush out any old belief and conditioning that might prevent you from truly taking Yoga to the next level.
 
Prepare for something miraculous in your life.
Please do not rush these exercises. They might be some of the most important once you'll do in your life, setting the scene for your transformation. The deeper you go into each of them, the more you will get out of them.
It might seem far away from ASANA practice (we get there too, I promise), but we have to do the groundwork throroughly, carefully construct the base of this beautiful temple we are going to build in the next 12 weeks.
