It’s never that there’s something wrong with you and that you have to become a better person. Or some ideal that you think you should be or that others tell you you should be,
but it’s about being content with who you are.
Being able to deal with your emotions, and being honest to yourself about what doesn’t serve you, what doesn’t make you happy, what do you not like about yourself.
AND THAT is what you change about yourself,
not what other people tell you should do or be.
