Since the making of this video, I’ve played around with this posture and have finally discovered the ‘perfect breath’ for this posture. I’ve already tried it on many of my students so I know it works really well not just for me. So try this:
Cat: Breathe out until the movement comes to the shoulders, then start to breathe in deeply
Cow: Breathe out until the ‘ducking under the wave’ movement. When you start that movement with the chin, start to breathe in.
