TOOLS

The tools we created together throughout this program are blueprints and roadmaps of new behavior, ways of thinking, reacting, acting etc., that you can repeatedly use whenever you need them!

From that moment you have those tools ready, if something similar comes up again in your life, mind, emotions, relationships etc, anything at all, you know how to deal with it.

Remember, make a blueprint for the future and then constantly use it, revise it, adjust, test, repeat. Like that it’s always up to date and ready to go.

If in the future you need a TOOL, but you don’t have one, you can make a new one quickly from parts of others – so you’ll never start from scratch again!

After a while, and with a little practice, anything (inside and out) can be dealt with swiftly, efficiently and gracefully.

TOOLS, are specific practices that you know will give you a specific effect. You don’t need to use/do them every day, but have them in your back pocket for any moment in time when you need the exact effect that it gives you!

For example a specific mudra to calm you or help you concentrate. Opening your eyes on an outbreath before going to sleep.

In many modules and during our calls, you’ve already created blueprints of how to deal with emotions, the mind, body, life etc, and have identified the practices (tools) that give you the most powerful effects, i.e. which work best for you.

If you haven’t done so yet, go through ALL the practices you have learned so far (you can use the index to remind you) and put them on a list. What is it, what do YOU use them for. That includes ayurveda, pranayamas, postures, chanting, energy work etc.

REMEMBER THIS IS FOR YOU!

PLEASE BE AWARE that is one of the most important exercises in the program, as it begins to summarize all that you have learned. It is these blueprints and the toolkit that will be your guiding and shining star once you finish this program. It’s  your program, your motivation, your incentive, your inspiration, your guide, your best friend.

So don’t rush this.

I really want to make sure that the information of this program stays with you and does not get forgotten. So the more you use what you have learned, the more it will be embodied in your being.
