Action List

Complete and submit:
1. Do your exercises in LESSON 1 for 3 days each (bringing energy up and down the spine and focusing on saharara chakra), as described in the lesson.
2.  Draw your stick figures for Trikonasana and the sitting side bend and practice them according to the ‘how to get the most out of the asana modules’ / and the stick figure video. Remember to do these postures throughout the day as much as possible.
* Make sure you have a full journey in and out,
* you can take a full unrestricted breath of air,
* that you feel no pain or discomfort whatsoever,
* pay attention to compression and tension and that you know exactly where to feel the stretch.
* feel your entire body as a unit as you are doing the postures. Preferably with your eyes closed.

3.   Note down and submit any questions/comments for this module to discuss on our next call, including your answers of all the questions I asked during the lessons.
4.  Submit a picture of your stick figures and any observations you made during the asana lesson.

Please submit all assignments at least 24-48 hrs before the coaching calls, if you would like to discuss them.
