Action List

1.       Take careful notes during these videos and note down any observances and realiztions for our next call. Please submit before hand.

2.       Do each meditation every day for 5 min for the duration of this module or longer if you like (Feeling chakras on fingers, affirmations, Bija mantras, mudras). You don’t have to do the all at the same time. You can do them throughout the day as you find time.

3.       If you did not feel anything in particular during the meditations, keep doing daily to see if you do feel something with practice.

Please submit any observations at least 24 - 48 hrs before the calls, if you would like to discuss them.
