Lesson #5:

Action List

1. Do the Mula Bandha Meditation for 3 days, 5 minutes a day

2. Do the finalized Kundalini Meditation including Jalandhara Bandha Meditation 3 days, 5 minutes a day (after you completed the 3 days of the Mula Bandha Meditation).

3.   Please write and submit notes on your experiences during both meditations to discuss in our call, as well as the differences you experienced (if any) of both versions of the Jalandhara Bandha Meditation.

4. 1.  Write down any impressions, sensations, reactions after listening to the chakra, kundalini and 8-limbs-path lectures, and how you feel these lectures might (or might not) affect/change you life.

Please submit all assignments at least 24-48 hrs before the coaching calls, if you would like to discuss them.
